Shipment of the order
Invermoneda.com hips all orders within 24 business hours of receipt of payment (if payment is received on a Friday, your order will be shipped the next business day).
Due to the nature of the business, credit card payments are not immediate and therefore are not automatically updated. Once the money reaches our bank, the status of your order is updated and the order is shipped within 24 business hours of receipt. The same applies to bank transfers, but the payment can be made within 2 to 7 working days after the transfer. Once the payment has been made, the order is shipped.
For security reasons, we only ship from Monday to Thursday (provided that the following day is a working day). This way we ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition between 24 and 72 hours after shipment and that it does not remain in logistics centres at weekends.
Deliveries are made through the courier company Nacex for deliveries to Spain and Portugal and MRW for other destinations in the European Union, with tracking number and authorised signature of receipt during working hours, to the address provided in your purchase. If you wish to leave us any additional instructions, please let us know at the time of purchase or by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. For security reasons, we cannot deliver to a post office box, packing station or similar.
At Invermoneda.com all purchases over 200 € (transport costs not included) have free shipping within the European Union. For purchases under 200 €, the shipping costs that will be charged will be 8,47 € (VAT included).
We cannot combine two different orders and shipping costs will be applied to each order individually.
In the event that the transport service provider is unable to locate the recipient at the place of delivery, or to contact them via the contact number provided in their Invermoneda.com user account, a second delivery attempt will be made.
In the event of no response, Invermoneda.com is entitled to withdraw from the contract with the customer and to reimburse the customer for the payment after deduction of the corresponding delivery costs. Our legal rights, in particular the reimbursement of additional costs, remain unaffected.
Although Invermoneda.com has stock of all the products it offers, it may occasionally happen that a product is out of stock at that time or has longer delivery times. In these specific cases, these particularities will be specified in the descriptions of these articles or will appear in the details of the formalisation of the purchase.
If any type of inconvenience arises for reasons beyond our control (delays on the part of the Mint, manufacturing company or for reasons of force majeure) we will immediately justify the delay to the client and we will re-edit the planned delivery date.
At Invermoneda.com we care about your satisfaction and in case the goods are still not available on the updated delivery date, we offer you the right to withdraw from the contract and the payment will be refunded immediately. The legal rights of both parties remain unaffected by this.
Items that are made of precious metals will not be returned due to differences in the price of the metals, as these are determined by official markets whose price does not depend on, and in no case on the will of the seller, they will always be returned for the price at which they were purchased.
If the product is defective for reasons beyond the customer's control, the product can be returned within 14 calendar days.
Return costs for reasons beyond the customer's control will be paid by Invermoneda.com.
